For years we have been an important point of reference for agencies, companies & tour operators who are looking for a quality service and a partner that they can count on. With a valuable experience in the Veneto area, as a DMC  we organize travel incentives and events at a very high level and above all unique.

TM DMC has developed a special offer for Tour Operators offering high quality co-ordinated ground services both for the individual traveller and for organized groups.

During our years of business as an experienced DMC we’ve gained excellent relationships with suppliers  that guarantee us very special rates and favourable availability in case of contests and special contracts during important events.

We offer the following ground services and pride ourselves in our superior quality in relation to standard services;

• Hostess: we have 50 hostesses  amongst our group of staff,  and we have selected only mature and experienced staff who are familiar with Venice, Venetian palaces and the airport terminal. The group is sub-divided between congress hostesses and hostesses who are involved in incentives.
• Guide:  we have selected professional guides who are able to assist our regular clients and also our exclusive clients who require more specific  information.
• Transport: speedboat-car-minibus-coaches have been selected to be easily identified with special code numbers. We also offer baggage transportation.
• Terminal: we offer a desk at the airport terminal that assists  with transfers and also more specific requirements.
• Service:  we have selected 3 companies that offer audio visual equipment that can be used at any location requested.
• Restaurants:  we have selected over 80 eating establishments, from bacari, typical trattoria’s, pizzerias and bars which all offer competitive prices and special menus, reserved seating areas, and respect special preferences.
• Catering: as with all our other services, we use a special catering service depending on the  location and the requirements of the client: traditional, typical venetian & fusion cuisine ..
• Team building: besides the typical team building activities,  for example treasure hunt through the streets and squares, Venetian Voga, dragon boat regatta etc, we also offer: Venetian marathon, treasure hunt by motorboat, deep- sea fishing,  and Venetian rowing.
• Gift:   A selection of local handcraft gifts.
• Hotels: approx 200 hotels with special exclusive contracts.
